I have been making this recipe for about 7 years and everyone that has ever ate it, loved it. So I thought I would share how I make it. Now because this is my own recipe the amounts on the ingredients might look weird. Everyone is different so you can use however much you want.
Ingredients
*4 Boneless, skinless chicken Breast (I usually slice them thin)
*3 cups of small, tail-off shrimp
*2 containers of alfredo sauce
*2 cups of sliced mushrooms
*2 cups of broccoli, small to medium pieces (I usually use frozen but you can use fresh)
*1 container of grape tomatoes, sliced
(they are the little baby ones)
*butter or margarine
*garlic powder
*salt
*pepper
*Noodles of your choice
Directions
1. Season the chicken with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then cut the chicken into small pieces. Melt the butter or margarine in a large skillet. After that saute the chicken until almost golden brown. Add the sliced mushrooms and saute them.
2. After the mushooms and chicken are sauted add the shrimp and the broccoli. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, stiring frequently. Add the alfredo sauce and turn the heat down in between low and medium. Let it cook for about 20 minutes or so.
3. While the sauce is cooking, boil water for the noodles. When water has reached a roiling boil add the noodles. Cook the noodles per their instructions.
4. When the sauce is almost done add the sliced tomatoes.
Serving size. About 4 maybe even 6 depending on if they go back for seconds.
Enjoy!
